1994 Group to sponsor 2nd annual 'Enhancing the Student Experience Conference'

Student satisfaction with their Higher Education experience is critical to the future of all HE institutions. As the National Student Survey and Unistats provide more information about the student experience, better-informed Undergraduate students will become more discerning about where to study and whether to recommend their university.

Universities must make planned, strategic responses now to secure their future reputation and market position. Leading universities are now enhance satisfaction by engaging students as active partners and students unions are increasingly involved in shaping learning and teaching experiences. They are also clearly defining their “offer” to students and employers to improve recruitment and graduate employability.

This conference falls after the DIUS commissioned review into the student experience, enabling an early opportunity to respond. Setting out the latest intelligence on diverse undergraduate expectations, this second national event will showcase good practice and innovative solutions from the UK and beyond. Top thinkers and Higher Education leaders will examine how to manage and exceed the expectations of all cohorts of students and how truly to enrich the student experience.
